From assignment to reviewed output
Turning repeated corrections into guidance
At ClickOut Media / CryptoNews.com, I saw recurring problems with sourcing, structure, voice, and formatting in the articles I edited. I turned those corrections into style guidance, templates, prompt stages, training materials, and separate quality checks. Human editorial review remained part of the process.
A working personal editorial system
I also developed a personal system of file-based writing instructions, source records, task routing, scripts, and tests. It uses selective context loading: choosing the instructions and source material relevant to an assignment without loading the whole collection. The task determines which writing procedure, voice guidance, and evidence are needed.
Define the assignment
Identify the audience, output, source requirements, and wording or facts that must be preserved.
Select the context
Load the relevant instructions and evidence. Keep source material separate from instructions and identify gaps before drafting.
Draft and edit in stages
Use the selected guidance for structure, explanation, voice, and revision. The editor decides what to retain, change, or investigate.
Check and prepare the output
Review claims against sources, inspect the writing and formatting, and resolve outstanding questions before a publication handoff.
Outputs and implementation status
The implemented personal system produces selected working context, drafts, edits, and review notes, supported by scripts and tests. The diagrams below show workflow designs for content, keywords, publishing, and assistant tasks. A diagram records the steps and connections in a design; it does not establish that every integration has been deployed.
Further n8n and vector-retrieval integrations remain proposed unless demonstrated as a completed component. The personal system is separate from my former employers' editorial processes.
